In his new role, Goldman will be responsible for the development and execution of local and corporate marketing programs, as well as the management of budgeting and financial plans. Additionally, he will oversee the strategic marketing direction of the shopping center, including sales of on property advertising, public relations, tourism marketing, social media, retailer promotion, the execution of signature events, community relations and the management of the guest services team.
The local University of Maryland graduate brings more than 20 years of experience to this position. Before joining Simon, Goldman led marketing initiatives in the hospitality sector across the country and for local industry leaders, including Horseshoe Casino Baltimore, Phillips Foods & Seafood Restaurants and The Palm Restaurant Group.
While leading Clarksburg Premium Outlets, Goldman aspires to further establish the upscale savings destination in the community by continuing to offer local and traveling shoppers an exceptional shopping experience, memorable events and high-end service.
Goldman currently resides in Woodbine, Md. with his wife and three children.
