Clarksburg Premium Outlets® celebrates Grand Opening October 27 - 29

Washington D.C.-area shoppers are invited to join the celebration at Clarksburg Premium Outlets’ Grand Opening Thursday, October 27 – Saturday, October 29. Throughout the weekend, shoppers are invited to discover the two-level, LEED-certified luxury outlet center and enjoy an abundance of deep discounts, live entertainment, family festivities and prize giveaways! Savvy shoppers are also encouraged to join the Simon Premium Outlets VIP Shopper Club for exclusive access to the onsite Simon Premium Outlets VIP Shopper Lounge.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets will offer shoppers a variety of fashion-forward luxury looks, accessories and home décor, all with everyday savings of 25 to 65 percent. Visitors can expect to find 90 upscale brands and eateries, exclusive amenities, such as a community space with covered walkways, children’s play area and landscaping and energy-saving features, such as bike racks, LED lighting, solar panels and enhanced storm water management systems.

Grand Opening Ceremony

Steve Dworkin, Senior Vice President of Simon Premium Outlets Development; Steve Yalof, CEO of Simon Premium Outlets; Benjamin Wu, Deputy Secretary of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development; Ike Legget, Montgomery County Executive and Craig Rice, Montgomery County Councilmember, District 2 will be hand to mark the occasion.

Safe Trick-or-Treating and Costume Parade

6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Children can pick up a trick or treat bag on Low Street by Market Hall and then visit the Halloween Stations located throughout the mall to receive their treats. The Halloween Costume Parade will begin at 8 p.m. at the Entertainment Stage on Low Street. 

*Costumes are only allowed during the event. Children 12 years old and younger are welcome to wear masks, but please no toy weapons.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets will host extended hours throughout the Grand Opening weekend. The center will be open from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Thursday, October 27 – Saturday, October 29 and from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 30. 

Beginning Monday, October 31, Clarksburg Premium Outlets will be open from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday – Saturday, and from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sunday.
